These Terms govern your use of persons.affinet.link (the "Service"), operated by the owner of this site ("we", "us"). By browsing the Service you agree to the parts of these Terms that apply to visitors; by signing in you accept them in full.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a showcase and marketplace for creators. It presents original characters, stories, screenplays, storyboards, worlds, sounds and, over time, animations, games and other works ("Content"). Creators can browse the Content, react to it, comment on it and, where an offer is available, acquire rights to use it in their own projects.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, and at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's permission) to make purchases. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

3. Content and intellectual property

All Content on the Service is protected. All rights are reserved by the copyright holder. Unless you have acquired a license, you may view the Content on the Service and share links to it, but you may not copy, download, redistribute, adapt, train models on, or use it commercially without written permission. Watermarks and notices must not be removed.

4. Acquiring characters, scripts and other works

When an item is offered, its page states what you get before you pay: the price, the scope of the license (for example personal or commercial use, media, territory, term) and whether it is exclusive. Unless the offer expressly says that copyright is transferred, a purchase grants a license, not ownership. Exclusive items are withdrawn from sale once acquired. Payment, delivery and refund conditions are shown with each offer and follow applicable consumer law; digital items that have been delivered may not be refundable where the law allows this.

5. AI-generated Content

Much of the Content is created with the help of AI models; the models are credited on each card. We review what we publish, but AI output can contain errors or unintended similarities to other works. If you believe something infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

6. Your comments and reactions

Comments must be plain text, respectful and lawful: no links, advertising, spam, harassment, hate, sexual content or personal data of others. You keep ownership of what you write and give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Service. We may remove comments and restrict accounts that break these rules.

7. Features in development

Some features (downloads, video, API access and others) are marked as in development. They are provided when ready, on the terms shown at that time.

8. Donations

Donations are voluntary support for the project and for model usage costs. They are not payment for goods or services and are not refundable. Send only the currency and network stated; transfers in other networks cannot be recovered.

9. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the Service, bypass protections or watermarks, overload it, or use it to break the law.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date below shows the current version; if a change is material we will ask you to accept it again when you next sign in.
