This policy explains what personal data persons.affinet.link processes, why, and what your rights are.

1. What we collect

• When you sign in with Google: your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture, and the date you accepted the Terms.
• What you do while signed in: your likes and comments.
• Viewing statistics (only if you accept all cookies): an anonymous random visitor ID, which cards you viewed, opened full size or shared, and when. Signed-in users are counted under their account instead of the random ID.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and request details in server and security logs.

We do not ask for payment details on this site today; if purchases open, payment data will be handled by the payment provider named at checkout.

2. Why and on what basis

• To run your account, likes and comments: performance of our agreement with you (the Terms).
• To rank the feed so that new visitors see the best works and every work gets a fair chance: your consent (cookie choice).
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and moderate comments: our legitimate interest.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply.

3. How long we keep it

Account data and comments: while your account exists and up to 30 days after you ask us to delete it. Viewing statistics: 180 days. Server logs: a limited period needed for security.

4. Who processes it for us

Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (network, security and content delivery), and our hosting provider (servers in India). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising. Data may be processed outside your country; these providers apply their own safeguards for international transfers.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time (use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page). Write to Telegram @kalabrin. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

6. Children

Accounts are for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.

7. Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, ask you to accept them at your next sign-in.
